Air-safety companies use VOXTRONIC systems for recording data and speech to

  • fulfil the conditions of ICAO Annex 10, Volume 2, Chapter 3, Paragraph 3.5
  • have evidence appropriate for use in a court of law
  • be able to provide even better training for air-traffic controllers
  • retrieve items of communication quickly and
  • archive them reliably and protect them against manipulation

In air-traffic control alone, verbal agreements are created in a matter of seconds. One (the radar controller) offers and the other (the pilot) accepts. Evidence that will stand up in a court of law is indispensable here for the protection of all those involved. The voxlog professional system from VOXTRONIC enables gap-free digital documentation, analysis, and delay-free searching of all flight-safety relevant communications, starting with the radio traffic between security personnel during the checking-in of passengers and luggage to passenger protection, both ground-to-ground and ground-to-onboard. These days we can ensure that no information goes missing. A large number of airports are already benefiting from our decades of experience in such varied fields as the emergency and intelligence services, which gives the safety-critical aviation industry a major advance in know-how. The new EU ordinance stipulates even more stringent safety precautions. Let us help you to document your efforts in a reliable way.

The open, manufacturer-independent architecture of our data and speech logger is capable of storing a broad range of widely differing information across several channels. This includes information from, amongst others, Voice Communication Control Systems (VCCS), analogue and digital radio (data and conversations, ground-to-onboard / ground-to-ground), analogue and digital telephony, primary and secondary radar information, or even IP connections. Faced with many hundreds of parallel recording channels and various types of data, maintaining a clear overall view is decisive. The central SQL database shows you at a glance what is going on, using intelligent voxflow-management. Operation is carried out intuitively via the web, and the UTC-indexed documents can be categorised, attributed, and provided with comments and further data, all with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Using the high-performance and highly flexible search function, communications are retrieved with virtually no delay, be it 2 days or 20 days later. The most recent communication can be played back at the press of a button using instant recall: What was that again? The keyword-spotting module offers entirely new possibilities for searching large volumes of conversations. With its assistance, the targeted search for certain phrases will quickly yield results. And these can also be of great interest in the training of air-traffic controllers. When and how, for example, do clusters of incorrect read-backs occur?

Chronologically high-resolution logging allows the millisecond-accurate reconstruction of events and scenarios. The conversations are accurately replayed, synchronised with screen output via the radar picture-logging synchronisation interface. The readily available voxlog professional system is freely scalable, cost-effective, future-focussed, and fits seamlessly into your existing information and communications technology landscape.
